We understand that it can be difficult purchasing items online and we want our customers to be happy with their purchase! If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly offer an exchange or store credit.

How long does club uniform take to arrive?

Allow up to 6 weeks to receive your club uniform. Other items in your order may be shipped separately so you don't have to wait.

I only want to buy one item however $20 postage seems too much. Is there anything I can do?

We totally understand. Send us through a message on our Contact page and we can give you a discount shipping code.

How do I wash my garments?

We recommend washing items of clothing with pressed on logos on warm or cool cycle. Washing with hot water may cause the image to bubble. All other items, please wash as per instructions on the tag.

How can I track my order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which will include the tracking number.

Where is your shop located?

We are located in Colac, Victoria.

Do you have a shopfront I can visit?

Westcoast Bowls is currently an online only store. Please give us a call should you need to organise pickup or to inspect products.

What are your click and collect hours?

You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect. Please call us on 0497 128 609 to arrange a time.

I place an order but haven't received an order confirmation.

Be sure to check your junk/spam folder. Should it not be in there, please contact us here with your order details and we will be in touch.

How often do you ship?

We aim to ship every 2-3 days for items in stock. Some items that need to be ordered in will take a little longer.

What is your refund/exchange policy?

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Get in touch with us within 30 days of delivery and we will try our best to help you out.

I pre-ordered an item and it's arrived but is the wrong size. What can I do?

We can reorder your item in a different size. You will need to post back your original items and allow up to 6 weeks to receive your order.

Can I return custom garments?

Personalised products such as embroidered garments and clothing with pressed logos cannot be returned unless faulty.

Please ensure you choose the correct sizing for your product using the sizing chart.

Can I return or exchange a clearance item?

Unfortunately note. Please make sure to choose the correct items at the time of purchase.
