Help Make History — Support the Guinness World Record Relay for Rainbow Club
This November, nine elite freedivers will take on an extraordinary challenge: a 24-hour underwater relay with no fins at Sydney’s historic Tattersalls Club. Their goal? To swim more than 81 km underwater, that’s 3,200 laps of a 25 m pool and set a new Guinness World Record.
They’re not just diving for glory. They’re diving for Rainbow Club, a social swimming club that gives young people with a disability the chance to learn to swim, build confidence, and be part of an inclusive community.
From Saturday 22 to Sunday 23 November 2025, three freedivers will be in the water at all times, rotating in a continuous relay for 24 hours. Judges, medics, and witnesses will be on deck to verify every lap for Guinness World Records. It will be a test of endurance, resilience, and teamwork, all in support of young people with disabilities.

The Challenge
"Challenges are what help us grow — in sport and in life. When we think about the daily challenges faced by children with disabilities and their carers, it inspires us to dig deep and not to give up. This 24-hour team freediving challenge is our way of honouring that spirit. Our goal is to raise $20,000 to support Rainbow Club in sharing the freedom and healing powers of water with kids who need it most."
We’re holding our breath for 24 hours - but we can’t do this without you!
